Maintenance and repair service
We check metal detectors on a two-year cycle, X-ray scanners every year plus the expert inspection every five years. In case of failures, loan devices from the rental stock provide support.
Security detectors have to be checked and serviced regularly so that they run reliably. We recommend the following intervals:

Send request- Walk-through detectors: ongoing function check, maintenance every two years.
- X-ray scanners: annual maintenance as well as the expert inspection at least every five years, since operation is subject to the Radiation Protection Act (StrlSchG).
- Hand-held metal detectors: ongoing function check with a test object, thorough check every two years.
We handle maintenance and repair. We keep spare parts in stock or procure them promptly. If a device fails at short notice, we provide a loan device.
