Wireless synchronization module
With the wireless Garrett SM 100 synchronization module, several Garrett-type metal detectors can be operated in close proximity without a mains-phase or cable synchronization being required. This function is especially important when the PD6500i are operated on battery power. One master unit can control a cluster of slave units within 15m.
Nine radio channels in the 2,4 GHz band are available to enable the configuration of several clusters within one venue for stable, interference-free operation of the devices when properly set up.
This module also enables smooth cooperation between PD6500i and MZ6100.
