Garrett Guide: the new-generation hand-held detector
A new-generation hand-held detector, self-calibrating and ready to use at the touch of a button. Seven sensitivity levels, 40,6 cm scan length, tone or vibration alarm with LED signal, IP65, over 125 hours per charge. For airports, events, courts and high-security areas.
With seven selectable sensitivity levels, you tune the Garrett Guide precisely to any security requirement. That ranges from a broad check to the meticulous search in correctional facilities or clean rooms. The large scan area (40,6 cm/16 inch length, 20,3 cm/8-inch scan field) reduces operator fatigue. This makes for an even and fast sweep.
The detector reliably eliminates interference from nearby metal sources, rebar or other electromagnetic influences. A simple press of a button is enough, via the offset mode and the reduction switch.

125 hours on one charge.
The lithium-ion battery charges via USB-C and lasts up to 125 hours per charge. The three-color LED shows status, sensitivity and alarm clearly.
Seven levels, four offsets.
Seven selectable sensitivity levels and four offset options against rebar and interference tune the Guide to any environment, and the default setting calibrates itself.
Waterproof and shockproof.
The housing with a non-slip grip works from minus 20 to plus 60 degrees Celsius and at up to 100 percent humidity.
Sound or silent vibration.
The alarm switches between audio and vibration, complemented by the bright red LED for discreet screening.
From school to cleanroom.
The 20,3 centimeter scan field moves briskly over the person, from entry at schools and stadiums to high-security areas and cleanrooms.

- The Garrett Guide ships with a USB-C charging cable. It is backed by a three-year warranty on parts and labor. All Garrett products meet international safety standards and are tested for electromagnetic compatibility.
