Scanning and screening of production goods for quality assurance

Did you know that an X-ray baggage scanner shows not only dangerous objects but also makes production faults such as bubbles in foam-cast products visible? This is made possible by material transillumination. The scanner recognises differences in density and material and so reveals inclusions, voids or foreign bodies.

At our premises we have inspected whole product batches from the medical-orthopaedic field and the textile industry for years.

We also advise you on metal residues. With metal detectors, small machine parts such as screws or threads and faultily embedded metal parts such as fibres or shavings can be located in individual batches.
